| Renovation Date: | 2007 The Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa will be undergoing a room renovations project of all 637 rooms and suites. Work will be done Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work will consist of the following: Room Renovation - Starting May 7, 2007 through the end of November 2007 Soft goods renovation to include: new carpet, painting and wallpapering. In addition, balcony doors will be replaced by hurricane impact doors but original door framing will remain intact so noise should not be an issue. The project will be completed floors at a time with buffer floors between occupied floors and floors under renovation. Guests will have no access to these areas. |

Driving Directions
From Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL)
From the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport take the exit to US-1 North.
Go north on US-1 Federal Highway.
Make a right on S.E. 17 Street Causeway and head east.
Go over the intracoastal drawbridge to the 4th traffic light - it's Holiday Drive.
Make a right at the Holiday Drive.
Go one block to the stop sign and make a right to the resort.
From Miami Airport (MIA) Exit MIA grounds and go east on 836 to I-95 North.
Exit Port Everglades/I-595. Head east on I-595 to exit 12B-US 1 North.
Go north on US-1 Federal Highway.
Make a right on S.E. 17 Street Causeway and head east.

Make a right at the Holiday Drive.
Go one block to the stop sign and make a right to the resort.
From Palm Beach Airport (PBI) Take I-95 South to Sunrise Boulevard - exit 30.
Head east on Sunrise Boulevard until you reach the beach.
Turn right at A1A and proceed south for 2 miles.
Pass the Sheraton Yankee Clipper Hotel and turn left at Holiday Drive.
Go one block to the stop sign and make a right to the resort.
