Following a multi-million dollar renovation enhancement program, the Royal Kona Resort showcases newly renovated guestrooms in the Alii and Lagoon Towers featuring new granite countertops, expanded marble showers with new fixtures, upgraded wet bars, new tile flooring and carpeting throughout, and plush King or Double beds.

| Smoking Policy: The Royal Kona Resort is an 80% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in some guestrooms in the Bay Tower. All guestrooms in the Alii and Lagoon Towers are non-smoking. Smoking rooms are available upon request. Smoking is not permitted in any public areas with the exception of the Lagoon Terrace, the Sunset Cove and in a designated smoking section by the pool.
