Driving Directions
| Take the autostrada A 1 heading south in direction of Rome and take the exit of 'Chiusi Chianciano'. After the pay toll turn right to 'Chiusi'. Go straight through Chiusi and after the village turn right towards 'Citta della Pieve'. Shortly after Citta della Pieve, passing the walls of the town on your left hand side, turn left onto the road SS 220 in direction of 'Perugia - Tavernelle'. Follow the sighns to 'Piegaro' and then 'Tavernelle' always heading towards 'Perugia'. Pass the village of Tavernelle, after 1 km turn left towards 'Colle San Paolo'. Go straight on for 4 km and reach Villa di Monte Solare. |

The exquisite surroundings are matched by the details of the interiors: the large wooden beams and the terracotta floors, the mosaic decorations in Assisi stones, Mirò prints and Montefalco fabrics on the walls and the panoramic view of the Umbrian hills with tracts of vineyards and olive groves through the windows. Each area of 'Le Muse' from the massage rooms to the 'tepidarium', from the sauna to the Turkish bath, from the beauty rooms to the hydrotherapy area, has been designed to benefit the mind and the body.
The exclusive pleasures of a health center modeled on the 'one on one' philosophy, with the full attention of the therapist or beautician, can be enjoyed in perfect harmony with yourself or with your partner. "Le Muse' is a recognized 'Carita Paris' beauty centre featuring cures and beauty treatments exclusively by Carita Paris. The treatment menu is complemented by traditional and oriental massages and treatments. Villa di Monte Solare has been catering for food which is geared to regional cuisine since 1989. This traditional Umbrian-Tuscan cuisine is prepared with natural organic ingredients with the greatest respect for the origins of Italian cuisine in general. The particular attention to the local territory coupled with the observance of seasonal variations and the produce of the soil allow a cuisine particularly rich in variety and recipes, occasionally updated with imagination and creativity. Since 1989 it has been traditional for Villa di Monte Solare to make guests experience new flavours and savour new culinary pleasures. The Restaurant provides for à la carte service for lunch and dinner. Exclusive attention is paid to guests personal dietary requirements: specific dishes for vegetarians, particular ingredients for gluten-free, and dietary variations for food intolerances. The chef, Nicola Fanfano, born in Panicale, with a diploma from the Scuola Alberghiera di Chiusi (Siena), began his career at Villa di Monte Solare in 1999 and went on, with talent and hard work, to become head chef of the Restaurant in 2005: he is passionate about the area and its produce and prepares his dishes each day with loving culinary dedication.
