This relaxing lounge, uniquely located atop koi-filled lagoons, is the ideal spot to wind down each day with your favorite glass of wine or one of the tropical specialties. Your night truly begins here, with a fascinating torch lighting ceremony held every evening at 6:15 p.m.  The traditional blowing of the conch shell signifies the end of another peaceful Hawaiian day. Torches are lit as graceful hula dancers welcome the evening and the sun begins to set.

Son'z Maui at Swan Court Lounge
Whether you are a connoisseur or simply enjoy an occasional glass of wine, the outstanding wine cellar is sure to please everyone's tastes. Boasting the largest collection in the state of Hawaii, the cellar holds up to 3,000 bottles of the finest offerings from the hottest wineries in the United States, France and Italy. The stunning, mahogany-framed glass walled wine cellar, with tumbled marble floor and exotic tortoise-shell chandelier, houses an extensive array of collector items, including verticals of Cabernet Sauvignons from Harlan Estate, Screaming Eagle and Araujo, along with the 1982 first growth Bordeaux from a variety of estates.  We invite you to share a bottle of a classic vintage for a special celebration, or just relax with your favorite wine before heading to dinner.

Spats Nightclub Our very own Spats Trattoria transforms from an elegant restaurant into one of the trendiest night clubs in Maui every Saturday night.
