With "Waikiki Right at Your Fingertips," the ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Hotel is Waikiki's "hottest" new hotel. The recently renovated urban-Hawaiian themed ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Hotel is located on the most scenic end of Waikiki, directly across the street from world-famous Waikiki Beach.

Eighty-five percent of the guest rooms flaunt beautiful partial or full ocean views featuring striking tropical colors and cool decor that deliver hints of Hawaiian nostalgia in an energetic style. As an added amenity, guests are provided with the hotel's daily "Breakfast-on-the-Beach," a full breakfast served in a portable "to go" fashion.

Non-Smoking Policy
Out of concern for all of our guests, employees (STARS) and owners, ALL ResortQuest Hawaii hotels and condominium units managed by ResortQuest Hawaii have been designated as 'Non-Smoking Accommodations' effective immediately.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas which will vary by property. Appropriate Non-Smoking signage will be displayed at all times at the entrances to and within each hotel and resort property, including guest rooms. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign the "Non-Smoking Policy Acknowledgement Form" and will be advised of the following 'Smoke Elimination Fee.'

In the event a guest smokes or permits smoking in a ResortQuest unit, a 'Smoke Elimination Fee' of $425 will be posted to the guest account upon checkout or processed as a late charge on the guest account if the violation is reported after the guest has departed. The Smoke Elimination Fee may be subject to change.

The ResortQuest Hawaii Non-Smoking Policy has been developed in the best interest of all guests, STARS, owners, visitors, and service providers to minimize exposure to second hand smoke and to ensure compliance with State Law [Act 295 (2006)]:

The Hawaii State legislature enacted a new law, Act 295 (2006) effective November 16, 2006 which prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public in order to ensure a consistent level of basic protections statewide from exposure to secondhand smoke. The term "enclosed or partially enclosed" is defined under the law as any space closed in by a roof or overhang and at least two walls, including, but not limited to, restrooms, lobbies, reception areas, hallways, interior courtyards, patios, covered walkways, bars, hotel and motel rooms, lanais, restaurants, retail service establishments and retail stores. Persons who smoke in prohibited areas may receive a citation and a fine of not more than $50 per violation.

Please note that ResortQuest Hawaii does not manage all condominium units in a condominium complex and therefore, some units and common areas are not subject to our control.
