Red Chair Lounge

Sink into the welcoming leather and relax in front of the fireplace. The Orange County bar also offers seating in the beautiful California Courtyard, with views of the Pacific Ocean, making this an ideal location to catch an impressive sunset.

The Californian

This restaurant is a treat for all your senses – from the rich color palate, vaulted ceiling and fireplace to the stunning setting and the delectable tastes of the contemporary California cuisine. Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Californian’s diverse menu is infused with the natural flavors and fresh ingredients of Southern California.  Plan an exciting day of activities with the family over freshly brewed Starbucks and the scrumptious breakfast buffet. Take a lunch break from the beach with a refreshing salad, or choose a hearty entree to energize for a game of tennis. Pete's Sunset Grille
It wouldn’t be Surf City without Pete’s Sunset Grille! This congenial, colorful restaurant is filled with all the surfing and beach memorabilia that make this area a beach lover’s paradise.  Located on the former site of the famous Mallory Surf Board Factory, the casual atmosphere is perfect for hanging out with the family or friends. Hop on a brilliantly painted bar stool to enjoy your favorite tropical drink or beer, or hang out on the outdoor patio to watch the incredible sunset over the Pacific. Influenced by surfing destinations from around the globe, Pete’s menu features your favorite satisfying foods, with a twist. Try a half-pound burger or Slow Roasted Pulled Pork Sandwich tossed in the Tangy Smoked BBQ Sauce.

Mankota's GrillLegend has it that Mankota, the fabled and legendary Native American, sacrificed himself to the sea to insure perfect surf conditions forever more in the area known as Huntington Beach. Each day Hyatt honor his sacrifice by serving fun and satisfying food at this casual poolside grill, where you can enjoy grilled specialties with views of the lovely Pacific Ocean.  The fire pit is a warm and welcoming spot to gather for cocktails each evening, or to roast S’mores after a nighttime swim with the kids.

Surf City Grocers
Stop by the island-style shop, located on the Retail Plaza, for a tempting selection of ready-made snacks, sandwiches, treats and more.  Pack a romantic picnic for two –including a bottle of California wine - pick up everything you need to roast S’mores around the firepits, or get energized with a freshly brewed cup of Starbuck’s Coffee. Surf City is perfect for guests on the go, whether you are heading out for a day of sightseeing or heading straight for a beach chair.

Patron
In earlier Spanish times, the Patron was known as the master of the inn or restaurant. He would often invite other Chefs to his table and have them share their newest creations with each other. Of course, a full complement of wine was always present under the auspices of creating the perfect pairings, and so the Patron's Chef Table was born.

The newest addition to Hyatt's enticing mix of restaurants is Tower 15 Pizzeria. Dine in and try a couple of different flavors, or take your pizza with you on your adventures around the resort.
