| Renovation Date: | 1999 | | Beginning July 1, 2006 El San Juan Hotel and Casino will begin a $52 million enhancement project. All guestrooms will be updated. Work will be completed in phases, moving floor by floor. All efforts will be made to maintain a buffer floor (one floor above, one floor below) between floors where guests will be accommodated. The lobby area will be redesigned. The lobby area will remain open during the design process. The project is expected to begin early August 2006, no anticipated completion date. Work hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm. Work crews will access areas of the resort through employee and service entrances when possible. All dates subject to change without notice. |

Exit the airport toward San Juan.
Take the first exit to the right before the overpass.
Turn left at the stop light onto Isla Verde Avenue.
